Operations

We have extensive expertise in managing performances and other events. Our services include:

• Serving as the liaison with the venue and procuring all event rental needs (i.e. chairs, tables, and linens) and décor, including transportation;
• Contacting and coordinating volunteers for the event, including sign-up and day-of management;
• Hiring and managing day-of staff. We provide reasonable and adequate staffing to meet the needs of the event.

Additionally, our extensive operations services provide relief for the daunting back-end work needed to organize an event. Our goal is to provide the support needed to create your signature event.  

Our concert operations services include:

• Booking hotel and accommodations for artists and performers;
• Scheduling and attending rehearsals, setting up the artists’ green room and providing day-of support;
• Coordinating rental, deliveries and returns of instruments, tuner, and staging.
